What we specialize in

At Watto we specialize in hardware and software. Below you will find our most common activities.

Reparation of broken parts.

We replace all defective parts on smartphones, tablets and computers. Whether it is a defective screen, a worn-out battery or another defective part. Watto can fix it!

Micro-solder circuit boards.

At Watto we also do the finer work of soldering motherboard components at a microscopic level. This service is not offered at home and will always have to be brought into our lab in Sint-Kruis-Winkel.

Custom protection as prevention.

Do you want to optimally protect your device against damage after repair? At Watto you can opt for customized protection. This can be with a physical protective layer on your repaired device or with glass breakage insurance after repair.

Warranty

Offer your devices the protection they deserve

Have your device repaired at Watto and you will receive a standard warranty period of 1 year on the repairs carried out. After recovery, you can also choose to optimally protect your device against future damage.

On-site repair

Your device repaired at the place that suits you best. You can continue with what you are doing and we repair your device on the spot in our fully equipped repair van.

Repaired the same day

If we have the part in stock, we can usually come by the same day for repairs.

Original parts

We only use original parts, exactly as intended by the manufacturer. No imitations, no shortcuts – just quality you can trust.

Twelve months warranty

No small print, no fuss. With Watto you get a real, no-nonsense 12-month warranty – because we don't like half measures either.

In which region is Watto's repair service active?

Watto's repair van comes to your home anywhere in East Flanders. Do you live outside East Flanders? Send an email to wannes@watto.be and we will find a solution together.

Do I need to backup my data before a restore?

The chance of losing data during a repair is very small. However, is there important data on your device? Then definitely make a backup. Watto is not responsible for loss of data.

Do I have to pay a mileage allowance for every repair at home?

For on-site repairs, a reasonable mileage allowance is always used. You can always bring your device in by appointment at Winkelwarande 45, 9042 Sint-Kruis-Winkel. Of course, you do not pay mileage allowance for this.

I made a mistake while making my appointment. What now?
